Purpose

A free exchange of ideas and information, to increase the knowledge of the rental market, and to upgrade and improve the professionalism of property management.

Membership

Any property owners or managers of residential and/or commercial rental units actively involved in the management of these units is eligible for membership.

Dues

Annual dues of $150.00 per year will be due on January 1st of each year. If dues are not received by January 15th their name will be dropped from membership and from access to the secured database. There will be an additional $25 fee to reactivate account.

Meetings

Regular monthly meetings shall be held on the third Wednesday of each month at 12 noon unless notified of a change.
